Quick Year End Review

If you are like most people I work with, time is scarce right now.

For those of you looking for a quick exercise to wrap up the year and step into 2011, try this.

Have a quick look back, and identify:

Two things that happened (that you created) this year, which you feel really good about.
Two lessons that you learned, which you won’t soon forget.

Get present, and identify:

Two things that you are really grateful for.
Two people that you are thankful to have in your life.

Look ahead, and identify:

Two new experiences you want to have (maybe one that scares you a bit).
Two behaviours that you will leave behind in 2010.

Did anything surprise you? Anything spark a new idea? Take a good look at your answers and use them to help you jump into the next phase of your project, career or life with some added confidence and energy.
